About this worksheet
In EMDR sessions, Ashley sometimes uses this worksheet to help clients notice where a feeling seems to sit in the body and which themes might be connected to it. Here it is a way to explore and to find related pages on her site. It isn’t a diagnosis, a memory exercise, or a substitute for EMDR, which is therapy done with a therapist.
If something here stirs up more than you expected, you’re welcome to reach out. A free 15-minute consultation is available: request one through the contact form.
Private by design. Your selections stay on this page. Nothing is sent, tracked or saved, and nothing appears in the page address. Your browser only keeps your place in this tab, so Back works as you’d expect.
